PocketPlot Universe

PocketPlot Universe is an adults-only platform. You confirm you're 18 years of age or older when you sign up. If we discover an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.
Your stories are yours. We don't sell them, license them, or use them to train models. Export them whenever you want.
Email, display name, age (to verify 18+), your story preferences, your API keys (encrypted, only used to route your requests). That's it.
We don't produce explicit sexual content, graphic gore, or hate speech. The full Content Policy is in the FAQ.
When you bring your own LLM or image API, we encrypt the key, use it only to route your requests, and never log it. You can delete it anytime.
Pro and Creator are billed monthly or annually. Cancel from your dashboard; you'll keep access until the end of the period.
Service outages, security incidents, policy changes — we email you. We'd rather lose a few users to transparency than keep a few by hiding problems.
If you change your mind inside 14 days of a Pro or Creator charge, reply to the receipt email and we'll refund. No questions, no friction.
When we do, we'll email you at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you don't accept, you can cancel and get a prorated refund.
This section is the binding contract. Plain-English summaries above are not part of the contract; the language below is.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PocketPlot Universe. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We may at any time request proof of age and suspend or terminate accounts that cannot verify eligibility.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use PocketPlot Universe to produce, request, or distribute content that:
Light violence (action scenes, mild conflict, combat) and light romance (flirting, romantic tension, kissing between consenting adults) are permitted and encouraged. The full Content Policy is published in our FAQ.
You retain all ownership rights to the stories, prompts, and other content you create on PocketPlot Universe ("User Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate the service for you. We will not sell, license, or use your User Content to train any model.
If you connect a third-party LLM or image-generation API (Creator tier), you represent that you have the right to use those services and to provide the API credentials. Your API keys are encrypted at rest using PBKDF2 + HMAC-based authenticated encryption; we use them only to route your requests and never log them. You can delete your saved keys at any time from /me/settings.
Pro and Creator plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers; refund requests within 14 days of an initial charge will be honored. Existing Pro subscribers who joined before the v12 launch will continue at their $4.99/month grandfathered rate.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or emergency fixes that temporarily disrupt service. We will notify you of planned maintenance when feasible.
You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that we reasonably believe are being used to harm others, or that remain inactive for more than 24 months. Upon termination, your User Content is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
PocketPlot Universe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketPlot Universe's total liability arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription and request a prorated refund.
